This document is the output from the Roundtable Discussions on Creating an Integrated and Cohesive Society, organised by The Open Doors Initiative and hosted by EY Ireland. ODI and EY have facilitated sessions with CEOs, DEIB leaders and ODI participants with lived experience. 

These workshops have confirmed and contributed to the challenges laid out in this document as well as informing the development of the ODI Principles: 

How Can Business Support Integration.

This is a set of guidelines that ODI is developing in collaboration with our business partners that will inform how the business community can support a more inclusive Ireland through practical measures. 

Also included in this document are details that strive to contextualise the current experiences of migrant communities and the challenges and barriers that exist.
