Open Doors Initiative Published First Year Results
Over 2,300 people assisted in addressing barriers to employment
The Progress Update captures the measurements and detail for the first year of the Open Doors Initiative. It is clear from the outstanding progress described that the participating companies of the Open Doors Initiative have embraced our pledge wholeheartedly and have come together to improve diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and society. We know employment matters and that marginalised people struggle to access the workplace. We are proud that our organisations are helping them breakthrough those barriers and find pathways to work.
