A toolkit for employers to develop cultural awareness, sensitivity and competence at work, with practical tips and strategies.

The Employer’s Cultural Competence Toolkit is a practical guide informed by lived experience and the perspective of employers. This toolkit lays out clear steps that can be taken by managers and colleagues to ensure our teams and workplaces are inclusive. Throughout this piece of research, the reader will find case studies and guidance that can be applied to the everyday. The toolkit aims to bring the readers on a journey from cultural awareness to cultural competency, where everyone has the opportunity to be themselves at work and thrive.
