Our Inclusive Recruitment Toolkit offers employers and anyone who supports the recruitment process, concise, research‑informed guidance on creating fair and accessible hiring processes. Drawing on the lived experiences of people from diverse backgrounds in Ireland, this toolkit explains how to align recruitment with both legal obligations and inclusive values.

It walks the reader through every stage of the recruitment process, from job description to onboarding and retention, laying out practical strategies to remove barriers.
