A toolkit providing insight on the recruitment experience of trans and non-binary as well as advice on creating an inclusive recruitment environment

Creating an inclusive workplace allows all employees to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the organisation. This informative and practical toolkit centres lived experience while acknowledging the barriers within recruitment processes and the practical measures employers can implement to systematically remove these barriers.

Through this toolkit, the reader will hear:

  • the voices of trans and non-binary individuals, sharing their recruitment experiences.
  • insights from employers and LGBTQIA+ organisations, helping to identify solutions to barriers faced by trans and non-binary candidates.

It will provide understanding of diverse experiences and why they are crucial for developing effective inclusion strategies.

If you are interested in Inclusive Recruitment of Trans & Non-Binary Candidates , you might also find our guide on Active Allyship of interest and our general Inclusive Recruitment Toolkit, which discusses experiences from the perspective of a number of communities.
