A guide on implementing reasonable accommodation passport to support inclusive working environments. Developed in partnership with Ibec and ICTU

The Reasonable Accommodation Passport is a confidential, employee‑owned tool to support disabled employees in the workplace. It serves as a live record of workplace barriers individuals face and the accommodations agreed with their employer.

This guide offers the reader with a practical, respectful and legally informed way to support inclusion for people with disabilities. It demystifies how to have supportive conversations about disability-related workplace needs and gives both employees and managers a clear framework for agreeing on and documenting adjustments.

Whether you're an employee seeking support, a line manager unsure how to support or a HR professional shaping inclusive policies, this guide helps you create a workplace culture where people don’t have to choose between being honest about their needs and being treated fairly.
