A scoping toolkit on a key elements of inclusive communications across a number of areas in relation to work
As an organisation we communicate in so many ways, whether that’s internally with our teams and colleagues or externally with our customers and clients. Ensure how we communicate can be accessed by everyone is a vital pillar of inclusive business.
This toolkit provides guidelines for creating inclusive and accessible communications to support individuals with disabilities in various contexts, emphasising the importance of removing barriers in how we communicate. The topics that are covered as part of this include:
